Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026
Drafted from SwiftPicker's actual data practices as a starting point. It still needs a real legal review before it's relied on for Stripe verification or an App Store submission.

This policy covers the SwiftPicker web app and, once available, its iOS app. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. "SwiftPicker," "we," or "us" refers to the SwiftPicker service; "you" refers to anyone using it.

Information we collect

Account information. If you sign in, we collect your email address and an optional display name through our authentication provider (email/password, Google sign-in, or one-time passcode). Guests can generate picks without creating an account.

Preferences & profile. Default state, favorite states and games, default strategy, and your subscription tier.

Pick history. If you save a set, we store the game, strategy used, the numbers generated, and the timestamp — only for sets you explicitly choose to save.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep only a Stripe customer reference used to sync your subscription tier.

AI Constraint Analyst input. If you use this strategy, the natural-language prompt you type is sent to a third-party language model (via our platform's AI integration) to generate picks honoring your constraints. Don't include sensitive personal information in that prompt.

Local device storage. Your Pick Lab roster and last-selected state/game are stored in your browser's local storage, on your device — not on our servers.

How we use it

  • Operate your account and remember your preferences
  • Generate and, if you ask us to, save your number picks
  • Process subscription payments and keep your tier in sync with your billing status
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send service-related messages — billing receipts, and, if you opt in once available, notifications like "today's draw matched a saved pick"
  • Understand aggregate usage (which games and strategies are popular) to improve the app — this doesn't require identifying you individually

How we share it

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your pick history or account details with advertisers. We share limited data with the vendors that run the service on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Base44 — application hosting, authentication, and our database
  • Supabase — caches public historical lottery draw results; this is public data, not linked to your identity
  • RapidAPI / lottery data providers — source of published draw results; no personal data is sent to them

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SwiftPicker or our users.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and pick-history data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual saved picks from your History page at any time, or request full account deletion by emailing us — we'll remove your account data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.

Your choices

  • Generate picks without an account at all (guest mode)
  • View, update, or delete your saved pick history from the History page
  • Update your profile from the Account page
  • Manage or cancel your subscription any time through the Stripe billing portal, linked from your Account page
  • Request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing us

Age & children

SwiftPicker is not directed at children. Because of its association with lottery games, the app is intended for users 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We rely on our infrastructure providers' security practices (authentication, encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes & contact

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Questions or requests: support@swiftpicker.ai.
