Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026
Drafted as a starting point covering how SwiftPicker actually works today. It still needs a real legal review before it's relied on for Stripe verification or an App Store submission.

By using SwiftPicker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

SwiftPicker generates lottery number picks using statistical analysis of publicly available historical draw data. It's provided for entertainment purposes only. SwiftPicker does not predict lottery outcomes, does not guarantee winnings, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any state lottery commission. SwiftPicker does not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, or handle payouts of any kind.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or subscribe. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

Subscriptions & billing

SwiftPicker offers Free, Premium, and Pro tiers. Premium and Pro are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal linked from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

  • Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service
  • Don't attempt to circumvent subscription tier limits
  • Don't submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content to the AI Constraint Analyst or any other part of the app
  • Don't interfere with the service's normal operation (rate limits, automated abuse, etc.)

Disclaimers

SwiftPicker's strategies are statistical exercises applied to historical data — lottery draws are random, and past results don't influence future ones. No strategy offered by SwiftPicker improves your odds of winning. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of historical draw data (sourced from third-party providers) or uninterrupted availability.

Liability & governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftPicker isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any money spent on lottery tickets based on picks generated here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@swiftpicker.ai.
